Airfix WWI Female tank

Built as part of a GB at The Airfix tribute Forum. I screwed the steering gear up and decided after several attempts it looked ok without it. Bods from Emhar.

 For fun, One in sepia

  1. Excellent piece of terrain, looks just like the real trenches at the western front.

  2. Perfect job on that mud Paul. You should think that the tank is moving.

  5. Impressing work. But you can tell the truth. You use real mud out of your garden for the picture, right? ;-)

  8. Thanks:-)
The mud is woodglue mixed with sand. To get the "wet" look I have used Darkbrown Acrylic Textil paint...it gives that....well. that "wet" look.
