...and then there´s a stack of infantry....but at least nearly half the pile is finished,,,but I´m having a break from them at the Moment for one of my own projects
Thanks Michael. I´m going to get the sets again and make up a couple of stands (command and waiting) of 13th Cent kniggits (Barons war/scottish wars) and go wild on colour with the C-o-A´s and Standards.
I like the Standing poses as well, makes a Change from the usual "in attack mode" type of poses. The one main Thing, The "mainly white" colour scheme is making my head hurt and I´ve had to take a break from them. Still, not complaining, I put myself up for painting them. If it was my choice, I´d paint the lot up as a 12th century european force (most likely english for the scottish wars) loads of colourfull Coats-of-arms and flags..wouldn´t fit into the theme though. One day, I´ll have to get the sets again for myself ....when I´ve got a spare couple of hundred euros.
Really looking forward to the whole bunch together! But as I had understood there are more to come! Excellent work again Paul!

Thanks Peter.
DeleteAs far as I can tell, without ripping open packets etc, another 8 mounted and some foot. In total, about 25 nags and 15 foot

DeleteMore wonderful additions, I love the two chatting to each other whilst on horseback.

A wonderful job, no doubt!
ReplyDeleteVery nice Work. Bravo
ReplyDeleteInteresting, especially because it's not about gallopping accross a field into a wild melee again.
