I didn´t put up the conquistador as I hope people will link and get to see it. (and I thought the combination of the harpie and the centurion looked .....er...nice :-D ) Cheers Paul
They are classed as 1/72nd...what size that actually is these days I don´t know. I have measured a random couple of bods that Alex has made and they are 25-26mm from foot to top of head. Zvezda size. There´s a review of one of the sets made by Alex on PSR..the medieval hunitng party; http://www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=1914 There they say average height 25mm which is right for Alex´s sculpts. I´m just wondering that when I get some 28mm Medievals as to wether they will "fit" alongside them. Cheers paul
Alex sculpts nice figures, but every now and then he has some weird subjects...
ReplyDeleteWondrously beautiful work. There's a nice conquistador on his website.

Awesome, some both wars BEF next please:)
ReplyDeleteYes Alex his figures are slightly on the large side.
ReplyDeleteScale 1:72 should be 1/72nd of the average human height. Which would be about 170-175cm, so let's say 172, then you get 172:72=2,38cm.
So the correct size for 1:72 figures should be 23-24mm.
