Crusader Infantry

Looks like the poor sods have been adandoned by the cavalry and are making a last stand on a sand dune!!
Bods from Italeri, Zvezda, Revell,  Airfix, Valdemar and lots of conversions.
Nearly all the spears were replaced with florist´s wire.
Keep sounding the signal Wilfred...help will come!!

  4. They look great, Paul. Anyway, crusader cavalry don't abandon their infantry. They just charge off and get themselves killed first...

  7. I've always wanted to do some Crusader battles but somehow thats never happened. Loving those figs and the dioramic display. Surely a mounted contingent from the Templars in on the way....

  8. I really, really like these Paul. They remind me of the Timpo Crusaders only with bags more character. Well done that man.
