Strelets Norman Archers

Another little bit of my Norman army finished and still following the principle of no repeat bods in any armies.
I like the way the set is divided neatly (per sprue) into 4 armoured archers, 4 unarmoured firing and 4 reloading..makes for a good looking firing line. The set has a lot of potential for jumping the bods forward in time a few centuries and putting them in a 13th, 14th cent army..a head swop here and there ...:-D

  7. Great work, Paul. Are the bowstrings cut and glued, or is it more involved than that?

  9. That looks to be a very useful set of figures. Once again you shame us with the quantity and quality of your output.

  14. Just delete that post Paul! It's not worth to make you angry!
The bases are good and the painted bods also!

  15. Yep, the bases are just as fine as they are. My advice is not to feed that troll over there - he/she/it just wants some attention (which has been already given, sadly). It's the easiest way to deal with them alikes.
