Medieval Washday

Or alternative Titel "over here big boy"
I´ve looked but I can´t find any evidence of them using..or not using washing lines but I suppose it would be the most obvious method to dry washing.
All bods from different Valdemar sets.

  9. Love how you mix it up and show daily life scenes as well as nasty sieges, although I thought medieval people were famous for never washing.

  10. Thats a really nice diorama. Rather calming after a busy day! - Thanks!
At least in Tudor times, people did wash clothes. Not keen on washing themselves, they replaced their clothes fairly regularily and washed them!

  15. Regarding washing lines, use thereof, I believe that usually washing was draped on bushes to dry. :)
