Ok, it´s not a 100% likeness and I have made him look a bit tired, but it could be used alongside 54mm bods.
The bod came from The Kindersuprise LOTR series.

The base on the second version was created, made and supplied by Stephane of Dr Willets Workshop.
He´s made some very nice little scenic bases which I can highly recommend. I haven´t done it the justice it deserves. Anyway, you can see his full range of Medieval town Bases, HERE

Experiments with Gunpowder 1

It was designed so as to give every Knight artillerie capability on the battlefield whilst leaving his hands free to do the necessary hacking and slashing which was customary at the time.
It will now be test fired by T.Ompkins esq.

Dobin and Daisy

These are the supply nags for the Medieval fantasy adventurers.

Cloaks

This is how I make cloaks for my bods. Cheap and relatively easy.
Well, it has to be...this skinflint made it up :-D

The tools needed. Some toilet paper (a single layer of two ply ), pair of scissors, woodglue and liquid superglue, toothpick and the bod.

First cut a bit of toilet paper into this rough cloak shape. Lay the bod next to it for a pre-fit.  If it´s too long cut a bit off, too long...start again.

Sick a tiny blob of woodglue on the back and around the neck of the bod. Dip the tip of the toothpick into some wood glue and use it to gently pick up the loo paper cloak and lay it on the bod.

Clean the tip of the toothpick and using the tip, gently press the tiolet paper into the glue on the bods back and around it´s neck. Create folds in the cloack by adding glue either under or on top of the "cloak" .  When the desired shape is reached, slowly drip liquid super glue over the whole of the "cloak", trying not to get any onto the bod. . This turns the paper into  something like plastic. Let it all dry and paint. Told you it was easy :-D

Airfix 1/76 WWI MKI Male Tank

This was one of the earliest kits that Airfix released in 1/76 way back in the  1960s and is still a good build even now. The kit for the male version is exactly the same kit for the Female, except the Female sponsons (the boxes on the sides) aren´t included. With the female kit you have the option of building both a male or a female.
Why a male and why a female???? Look at the armaments on each 

I´ve a plan to include it in a dio...so "he´ll" turn up again at some point covered in mud !!

A New set from E-Bay

Well...yet again I went in for what looked like a good deal and what did I get?????

Well, the accesories, as advertised on the box, don´t look too bad :-§

Unfortunately, as advertised,  there doesn´t seem to be any of the bods in the box!

Zvezda Medieval Field Powder Artillery - Ribauldequin

Or better known as an Organ cannon due to it looking like the pipes on an organ. This one is from the excellent zvezda " Medieval Field Powder Artillery" set.

This is a drwing of a Ribauldequin designed by Leonardo da Vinci...Interesting looking "spread shot" barrel layout...I feel a scratch build coming on :-D

These vicious little green nasties  will be included, with some Pixies, in the fantasy medieval project..

I haven´t attached a bowstring to the archer...the reason being...his arm is in the way!!!!!

Red Box Hussite Bombard (finished)

Got it finished. The style and size of the Red box bods fits well with the Miniart ones.

Bombard added to the growing battle line. I hope the command and Wagons sets will be as good.
