Farewell Old Girl :-(

R.I.P Ghost.

After hiding in the Woods near our house for two weeks, She finally came inside our home on the   22.10.16 and it became her home as well.
Originally we  named her Smokey but she had a way of dissappearing from one place to another, almost as if she could go through walls and she was sooooo quiet.. she was quickly renamed.

The vets reckoned she was already about 15 back in 2016 so she had a good Innings.
We are glad we took her in and sad to see her go.

    1. Thanks. She went quite quickly ..collapsed, very shallow breathing and a few hour later she was gone. Taking her to the vets would have been cruel and they would just have given her the coup de Grace...not nice for her to go in surroundings not her own.

    1. Thanks. We did our best. She got her own granny flat "spare room" which was quiet and we tok her out in the garden occasionally. She liked it for the first 10mins or so but being deaf and blind eventually would Panic a bit.

  3. Hello old chap,

Losing a small furry is always difficult so my thoughts are with you and yours. We are still thinking about Maisy who was with us from a kitten until last year - she was 18.

    Take care,

    DC

    1. Thnaks. It is a bit horrible. TBH, she was in such a state when she first appeared I never expected her to last so Long. We still try to imagine where she came from. She was lucky to find our house..last Building before she would have gone onto a very busy road followed by a motorway.
