Full Titel, FE14 Frankish Crossbowmen Quilted Jack.
8 bods in 6 poses. Two of the poses come headless and 4 spare heads are in the set, but they are all the same heads. Two of the poses are repeats so didn´t get painted, although they are the ones that need heads attaching so at some point I will add heads from other sets.
Also in the set, 8 Pavisen und 5 loose crossbows.

Nice work Paul, I like the loading pose, not seen the raised crossbow pose before in any of range.
ReplyDeleteGreat painting- I'M going to try to replicate the colour you have painted the jacks for some padded I armour I am about to paint.
ReplyDeleteVery nice work on the jacks on these crossbowmen, bringing out the padded look of the garments
ReplyDeleteThey look excellent. A useful range of poses too.
ReplyDeleteRegards, James
great work
ReplyDeletePaul, you are normally so prolific and we haven't seen anything new for some six weeks, are you ok ?
ReplyDeleteI will take this opportunity to thank you for being inspirational and improving my painting skills and introducing me to Tumbling Dice. I have now completed the Vikings and birding my loins for the Saxons.
Hi. I´m still around, just working on something different, let´s say it´s got to do with real life.
DeleteI am still painting but in fits and starts.
Many thanks for showing concern and the compliments.
I hope you and your nearest and dearest are well and happy :-)
Sorry I didn't realise it would come up as unknown.
ReplyDeleteReal life, well I can understand that although over the past year it hasn't seemed like it. Anyway thanks for your good wishes and theres still plenty in your back catalogue to go at.
Regards
