Thanks chaps :-D @Stephane...the clay oven bit is on a metal plate...(not visible in my dreadfull pics) I think they would have only used hot charcoal and the wood would have been oak. There´s a little bucket that came with the set but I didn´t include it....yet :-D Cheers Paul
