Young Guns.

I was going to do a cowboy twirling a lasoo and call it Yippee yahay!! but couldn´t find the cowboy!!!! When he turns up the lasoo will be thrown over the nearest branch.
These pair came in a Hong Kong no-name, Cowboys and indians bag from a seaside resort. What they think you´ll be doing with them on the beach beats me. The best copies of the 1/32nd Airfix cowboys I´ve come across.

Have you never seen "A Fistful of Dollars"? "A Few Dollars More" and of course "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly"? Sand, lots of sand. What more do you need to recreate Messers Eastwood and Van Cleef facing it off? Except a musical watch, that is... :)

  2. Great poses again. I like your taste in colours. These are soft, but lively.

  3. As Duel in the Sun has just been on the telly in the UK (while the rest of the world was watching a wedding) this is very appropriate and well done.

So what are you going to come up with for Z? Zulus perhaps?

  4. "Too much reading of the Napoleonics collection at work has led me to that strange affliction, symptoms of which include hoarding boxes of plastic and packages of lead, painting their contents in ritualistic colours and then worshipping them with fellow believers on a regular basis",

Amen brother, good work on the Young Guns.
