John Bourchier and retinue

He´s been put in charge of the archers and crossbowmen

John Bourchier - 2nd Lord Berners. I´ve painted up the TD Archers and Crossbowmen in his colours so they needed someone to lead them.
Nags from the Zvezda French Knights set as is the standard bearer and the  bottom half of John. His top half is from the Zvezda French Infantry of the Hundred years war set.
Spot the slight mistake with John.
Standard printed and edges touched up.

  3. Looks like Lord John has a sword in his scabbard, in addition to the one he is holding? Fine looking troops, regardless! :)

    1. Thanks James :-) His second sword. Whilst converting i took care not to remove it or the handle as i was going to use another tophalf, but decided on the one as shown and forgot to remove the handle of his sheathed sword...DOH! Still, he´s rich so can afford a spare :-)

  9. That looks really stunning. I love the banner. Do you have a source for that? I've also assembled some forces of John Bourchiers, and have not had much luck in finding out how the banner would have looked.
